Who is Tridem Tours?

Tridem Tours is not to be interchanged with its sister company, TwoTeenTours.

Tridem Tours is a subsidiary of Tridem Collective Entertainment Production. For the 2023 Asia Artist Awards, the team has partnered with PULP Live World, Inc. to provide end-to-end shuttle services to registered attendees of the December 14, 2023 awards show, and additionally support the management of traffic, parking, and general logistics within the entire Philippine Arena estate.

Tridem Tours is a complete, end-to-end entertainment logistics service officially partnered with and publicly endorsed by the event producer. This company is comprised of hundreds of logistics, travel, production, and hospitality professionals whose expertise include the industry-grade management of vehicle fleets and crowd sizes in the tens of thousands. The core of Tridem Tours' service is to provide premium, safe, and efficient logistical support to event attendees that's aligned with and tailor-fit to the event producers' operations.

TwoTeenTours is a private, independent shuttle service currently not officially affiliated with any concert promoter/organizer. This group consists of a small, but dedicated team that served an accumulated passenger headcount of 17,000 fans across 5 tours since December 2022. Shuttle fares include basic yet comprehensive services for an unforgettable, safe, and efficient fans-first experience.

PULP x Tridem Tours is prepared to provide enough seats to match the headcount of registered audience attendees holding PULP Tickets for the 2023 Asia Artist Awards. The authorized PULP x Tridem Tours headcount includes passengers coming in with Parking Passes. What if I don’t have my AAA 2023 Ticket from Pulp Tickets when it's time to purchase a shuttle ticket?

How will you know if the AAA ticket submitted during booking is legit?

Are you prohibiting the access of independent shuttle services from entering the arena?

Are the shuttles VANS, COASTERS, or BUSES?

Do underperforming terminals get closed?

Is there a chance for more seats / shuttles to open even after the selling closes?

What happens if PULP x Tridem Tours runs out of seats?

What if my area is not offered by PULP x Tridem Tours on their list of terminals?

Can I book more than one (1) shuttle seat?

For every www.tttridemtours.com account, you may purchase up to four (4) shuttle tickets. Tickets are booked individually and all passenger information is required (Complete name, number, email, birth date). As long as you Check-in with your companions at the same time on December 14, you can all board and sit together inside the shuttle. How can we guarantee we'll all sit together?

STEP ONE
Make sure everyone in your group chooses the SAME TERMINAL and SAME DEPARTURE when they book individually.

STEP TWO
On December 14, earliest Check-in is one (1) hour before Departure. You can Check-in individually.

STEP THREE
To sit together, please BOARD TOGETHER. Earliest Boarding is thirty (30) minutes before Departure, and if first-come, first-served. So please be there early.

NOTE: Seat saving is not allowed. Please ensure complete group attendance by Boarding Time.

Is Group Booking allowed?

Yes, but you should book in groups of four (4) or less. There is not a separate process. Example - If you are six (6), you can divide yourselves into three (3) and book three (3) tickets per account, since the maximum per account is four (4) tickets. For groups of at least forty (40) people, you may resort to Community Booking. Community Booking is for buses only. Kindly review the Community Booking guidelines on www.tttridemtours.com 

Can I transfer ownership of the shuttle ticket to someone else?

Yes, but this is only allowed free-of-charge once per ticket. The name on the shuttle ticket must match the name on the Valid ID of the passenger boarding the vehicle.

What if I need to transfer ownership a second time?

A Rebooking Fee of PHP 350 will be charged the second time ticket ownership will be transferred for the designated Ticket No. Please bear in mind that the PULP x TRIDEM TOURS NAME-BEARING TICKET must match the NAME on the VALID ID THAT WILL BE PRESENTED AT THE TERMINAL UPON CHECK-IN.

What happens when I’m finished booking? What's the next step?

Is the Legal Consent Form still required if the Legal Guardian is present?

Yes, all Children / Underage Passengers are required to provide a Legal Consent Form whether or not accompanied by a Registered Companion. Kindly review the details for the Registered Companion on www.tttridemtours.com

Do we need to print the Legal Consent Form or Medical Waiver?

No need. Please just make sure you can provide proof of having submitted the form. You may take a screenshot of the form you filled out on www.tttridemtours.com/resources#docs

If we submit a Medical Waiver, do we still need to present a Medical Certificate?

Kindly provide a soft or hard copy of your Medical Certificate to be presented to the terminal officer on Event Day. We will not keep a copy.

Can I change my departure time or terminal?

Unfortunately, the only changes allowed after booking are name / contact info changes. All booked Terminals and Departures are final once booked.

I missed the deadline for shuttle ticket booking. How else can I go to the venue if I have no private vehicle and rely entirely on commuting?

Community Booking

How many people minimum are required for a Community Booking?

A minimum of forty (40) people and a maximum of forty-eight (48) passengers per bus is required under the Community Booking guidelines.

We are less than forty (40) passengers. What can be done?

Just book the regular way, but book in groups of four (4). You can still sit together if you're all complete at the terminal. Just make sure everyone in your group selects the same EXISTING TERMINAL AND DEPARTURE when you book. Here is a step-by-step guide:

On December 14, earliest Check-in is one (1) hour before Departure. You can Check-in individually, as soon as you arrive.

STEP 3
To sit together, please BOARD TOGETHER. Earliest Boarding is thirty (30) minutes before Departure. Coordinate well so you can make sure your whole group is complete to Board the vehicle.

NOTE: Seat saving is not allowed. Please ensure complete group attendance by Boarding Time. Whatever shuttle you leave the terminal in will be your shuttle the entire day.

Can we choose our own Terminal or Departure?

What if PULP x Tridem Tours doesn't offer the Terminal or Departure that my Community needs?

What is the process for a Community Booking for a minimum of forty (40) passengers and a maximum of forty-eight (48) per bus?

What's the benefit of Community Booking if the process is just the same as individual booking?

Apart from having all the same premium inclusions within our PHP 950 fare, having a Community Booking ensures that everyone from the same Community is inside a single vehicle if they are between 40-48 passengers.

What should we do if we are more than ten (10) attendees located in an area where you have no nearby Terminals?

Are Community Booking passengers entitled to all the inclusions?

Yes, as long as you are holding a NAME-BEARING PULP x TRIDEM TOURS SHUTTLE TICKET obtained from www.tttridemtours.com, you are entitled to the complete array of services that comes with the fare that you paid.

Payment

How much are the PULP x Tridem Tours shuttle seats?

The fixed shuttle fare is PHP 950 per seat, regardless of Terminal or Departure Time.

What are the accepted payment terms for PULP x Tridem Tours?

We accept GCASH, BPI, BDO, UNIONBANK, and ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS. Foreign currencies will be processed based on the exchange rate at the time of the purchase.

Can I buy my shuttle ticket before I buy my AAA 2023 ticket?

You must secure your 2023 Asia Artist Awards event ticket from www.pulptickets.com before booking a PULP x Tridem Tours shuttle, because the proof of your ticket will be required.

May I transfer ownership of the PULP x Tridem Tours ticket to someone else?

Yes, the first time you need to transfer ticket ownership can be done via Help Desk on www.tttridemtours.com/helpdesk. The second and last time you'd like to change ticket ownership will be charged PHP 350. Only your name and contact details can be edited. Change of Terminal or Departure is not allowed.

What are the terms for shuttle ticket refunds?

All PULP x Tridem Tours shuttle tickets are non-refundable once paid.

Does PULP x Tridem Tours accept payment in other foreign currencies?

Yes, via Credit Card. Our payment process will immediately process conversion based on the PHP 950 shuttle fare.

Is there a shuttle fare option without the souvenir?

No.

DEPARTURES - GOING TO THE PHILIPPINE ARENA

What's the difference between EARLY, MID-DAY, and SHOW Departures?

We have three departure choices:
1 - EARLY allows passengers to spend the entire day at the arena to make the most of the trip
2 - MID-DAY allows passengers to arrive just on-time to comfortably prepare for the show
3 - SHOW allows passengers to arrive just on-time to start the show

All Passengers are free to join whichever Departure they choose.

Which departure will allow me to enjoy the fan zone?

The EARLY DEPARTURES will allow fans to get to the arena early and enjoy the day filled with activities.

Which departure will allow me to attend the Red Carpet if I win in the raffle?

The MID-DAY DEPARTURES allow passengers to arrive early enough to make it to the Red Carpet event and still have some time to enjoy the fan zone and leisurely enter the venue.

What are the Terminal Check-In requirements on December 14?

Document 1
Your VALID ID with COMPLETE GOVT NAME, BIRTH DATE, and PHOTO. If any of the information is missing on the ID, it is not considered VALID.

Document 2
Your 2023 Asia Artist Awards ticket proof. It should be the ticket purchased from PULP Tickets. This has to be the actual, physical ticket. Scan / photo / photocopy is not allowed.

Your PULP x Tridem Tours ticket issued from www.tttridemtours.com. Soft copies are allowed as long as it's legible when zoomed in.

What happens when one document is missing or the names don't match?

Incomplete and/or inconsistent documents will not be honored for Boarding. Please prepare for Boarding by reviewing www.tttridemtours.com/book

What happens if I have an authorization letter because I bought the ticket from someone who suddenly can't go?

The Authorization Letter must have the following information:

The Original Ticketholder
(1) The complete name of the person whose name is on the shuttle ticket
(2) A photocopy of that person's ID with complete name
(3) Letter must be signed by the person whose name is on the shuttle ticket

The New Ticketholder
(1) Your complete legal name as seen on valid ID
(2) The printed copy of the original ticket
(3) Your valid ID

What counts as a Valid ID?

Any government issued ID with your COMPLETE GOVERNMENT NAME, BIRTH DATE, AND PHOTO from your country of residence is accepted as a VALID ID for PULP x Tridem Tours shuttle check-in.

Can I use my School ID or Vaccine Card?

Provided the ID has all three, it's valid:
(1) COMPLETE GOVERNMENT NAME
(2) COMPLETE BIRTH DATE
(3) PHOTO of ID BEARER

Can I use my Birth Certificate?

A photocopy or soft copy of your birth certificate is allowed.

What is the Departure grace period?

All shuttles are set to leave strictly at the designated Departure Time. Shuttles will not wait for late comers.

What happens to latecomers?

Please do not miss your assigned departure as seen on your shuttle ticket. Latecomers cannot board the vehicles with a different departure time. All our vehicles get fully booked and we do not sell shuttle seats on the day of the event.

Are there measures for passengers with special needs?

The first two rows of every vehicle are reserved for Special Passengers. PULP x Tridem Tours defines Special Passengers as PWD, Senior, Pregnant, and Underage. Priority service can be availed by Special Passengers with IDs. If you have special needs like this, please present a printed Medical Waiver upon Check-In. Underage Passengers are also considered Special Passengers. Children ages 13 and below cannot board the shuttles without an accompanying companion of legal age. Learn more about Passenger Types on www.tttridemtours.com

Can we choose where to sit?

The first two rows of every vehicle are reserved for Special Passengers. Seating for Regular Passengers is first-come, first-served. If you have motion sickness or limited mobility, please fill out the Medical Waiver and we will prioritize you when boarding Regular Passengers.

May I reserve a seat for my companion?

Reserving seats is not allowed. To sit together, please board the vehicle together. To ensure you have the seats you want, please be at the terminal as early as possible. Earliest Check-In is allowed one (1) hour before Departure. Earliest Boarding is allowed thirty (30) minutes before Departure.

Do you sell shuttle tickets at the terminal? Or do you accept walk-in passengers?

No. Ticketing closes on 04 December 2023.

What if I get my AAA event ticket after the December 10 deadline for shuttle ticket selling?

RETURN TRIPS - LEAVING THE PHILIPPINE ARENA

What time will the shuttles leave the Philippine Arena?

The earliest possible return trip will begin at 10PM PHT or once the vehicle has complete passenger attendance; whichever comes first.

Please bear in mind that the volume of pedestrians affect the motion of traffic. We recommend shuttle movement to begin only once a vehicle is complete to ensure people are not left behind. But please manage your expectations since our traffic team will be implementing an exit scheme for the orderly clearance of all vehicles.

How long does it take to leave the Philippine Arena?

Based on Tridem Collective's Research & Development team, and past tours of our sister company, TwoTeenTours, the shortest time we've experienced leaving the arena after a concert was one (1) hour and thirty (30) minutes. This is the amount of time it can take for a vehicle to exit the venue grounds and make it back onto the North Luzon Expressway.

For the 2023 Asia Artist Awards, the traffic scheme in place, with the diligent cooperation of our passengers, aims to clear the venue grounds by 11:30 PM Philippine Time despite the limitation of only three (3) event grounds exits, one of which will be prioritized for the express exit of the VIP participants of the award show.

What happens when I can't find my vehicle?

Passengers who encounter difficulty in finding their vehicles after the event may approach any PULP x Tridem Tours uniformed staff for assistance. These staff can help passengers find where their vehicles are parked by checking the details indicated in the passengers boarding pass.

Are we allowed to buy food or use the bathroom before the return trip?

Passengers will be given sufficient time before departure to do any last minute activities such as buying food, going to the comfort room, or taking final photos before their vehicles depart back.

Is there a grace period before leaving the Philippine Arena?

Unlike departure times on the way to the venue, departure times on the way back after the event are much more relaxed, hence, passengers will be given a standard of thirty (30) minutes to do any last minute activities before their vehicles prepare for the travel back.

My chosen artist has already finished performing. What should I do if I want to go home early?

All PULP x Tridem Tours shuttles will only begin leaving the venue grounds the moment the show ends at 10:00 PM PHT. No PULP x Tridem Tours shuttles will leave earlier than this time. We recommend planning your trip independently and applying for a free Parking Pass on www.tttridemtours.com/carpass

Can I ride a different shuttle going back home?

All PULP x Tridem Tours shuttles are point-to-point only. If you would like to ride a different shuttle going home, that would require another shuttle booking. You may clarify your concerns about this with the Help Desk on www.tttridemtours.com/helpdesk

Passengers

What are the three types of Passengers?

REGULAR PASSENGERS are any AAA 2023 ticket holding passenger at least 18 years of age by 14 December 2023. SPECIAL PASSENGERS are those with PWD IDs, Senior Citizen IDs, Pregnant with Medical Certificates, and Children/Underage Passengers. REGISTERED COMPANIONS are authorized companions for Special Passengers only. To learn more about which Passenger type you qualify for, please check www.tttridemtours.com/book

I have motion sickness / limited mobility but no PWD ID. What should I do?

You will be considered a REGULAR PASSENGER. But please present a copy of the MEDICAL WAIVER so that our Terminal Officers may give you priority seating. There is a section in the Medical Waiver that contains a declaration for motion sickness. You may download the Medical Waiver on www.tttridemtours.com/resources#docs

PASSENGERS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS

PULP x Tridem Tours pays special attention to passengers with Special Needs and will take the necessary steps to ensure such passengers and their specific needs are accommodated. In order to provide this service to the best of our capacity, all Special Passengers have to declare their exact requests and documentation.

What does PULP x Tridem Tours consider as a Special Needs Passenger?

PRIORITY 1
PWD ID-holder with limited mobility or conditions affected by land vehicle motion.

PRIORITY 2
Senior Citizen ID-holder or any person with a Valid ID whose birth date is BEFORE 14 DECEMBER 1963 with limited mobility or conditions aggravated by vehicle motion

PRIORITY 3
Pregnant persons with a Medical Certificate from their attending physician declaring them fit for attendance and land travel.

PRIORITY 4

Will Special Passengers be preferred?

Upon declaring that you are a Special Passenger, our team will prioritize your seating request to ensure you have sufficient space. The first two rows of all our vehicles will be reserved for special needs passengers.

Are the shuttles wheelchair-friendly or spacious enough for those with Special Needs?

All our shuttles are standard tourist vehicles that we've ensured are spacious enough for our passengers. However, for those with mobility issues, our team is fully-prepared to ensure you get to board comfortably with enough space for items like wheelchairs, walkers, or crutches.

At the Philippine Arena, the larger Arena Parking Transfer Shuttles are equipped to allow wheelchair users to board the shuttle using the ramp available on the side of the vehicle.

I'm a Special Needs person but I don't want to take your shuttle.

At the moment we can only offer prioritized service for Special Passengers.

What are the qualifications for a Registered Companion?

A Registered Companion must be at least 18 years old by December 14, 2023 and must be connected to the official Special Passenger who is holding an AAA event ticket.

Does the Registered Companion have to be an AAA 2023 ticket holder?

Registered Companions don't have to be AAA ticket holders, but they do have to purchase a PULP x Tridem Tours shuttle tickets to board.

How many Registered Campsions are Special Passengers allowed to have?

Only one (1) Registered Companion is allowed per Special Passenger.

ON THE ROAD BEFORE & AFTER THE EVENT

Can we have a stopover going to / returning from the event?

Stopovers are only allowed for emergencies. Buying of meals is not allowed at the stopover. In the event of an emergency, Passengers are only allowed to disembark in small groups or pairs for the safety of the shuttle. We only reserve stopovers for emergencies because of unpredictable traffic conditions, especially during the holiday season.

Designated Stopovers will only be granted by default if the shuttle has been on the road for at least two (2) hours. This qualifies as an emergency. Kindly observe the small group or buddy system when disembarking.

Are multiple pickup points allowed before the event?

This is only allowed for specific areas in Calabarzon and Central / North Luzon as announced by PULP x Tridem Tours. This is strictly prohibited for all Metro Manila terminals.

AT THE PHILIPPINE ARENA

How will payment for the toll go?

All PULP x Tridem Tours shuttle toll fees are covered. Parking Pass holders will have to settle their toll as they arrive.

How will parking payment go?

All PULP x Tridem Tours shuttle parking fees are covered. Parking Pass holders will have to settle their payment at the entrance of the parking as they arrive in Parking E.

Where will PULP x Tridem Tours shuttles be parked?

Tridem Tours shuttles will be parked at North Luzon Express Terminal (right behind the Philippine Arena).

Where will Parking Pass holders be parked?

All Parking Pass vehicles will park in Parking B. Passengers with special needs (PWD, Senior Citizen, Pregnant Women) will be accommodated. 

Where will Non-Parking Pass holders be parked?

All Non-Parking Pass holders will only be allowed to park in Parking E. 

What if a Non-Parking Pass holder is self-driving?

Is there closer parking for audience members who are Persons with Disability, elderly, pregnant, or children?

PULP x Tridem Tours will provide Arena Parking Transfer Shuttles (hop-on / hop-off shuttles for audience members to move through the arena estate conveniently) that are free and available for unlimited use of all event attendees. These arena shuttles are friendly for wheelchair / crutch users too.

What are the Arena Parking Transfer Shuttles?

PULP x Tridem Tours will provide estate shuttles to bring audience members around in designated hop-on/hop-off points. Arena Parking Transfer Shuttles will be operating from 8AM to 11PM.

How much for every Arena Parking Transfer Shuttle ride?

The Arena Parking Transfer Shuttles are free-of-charge and all event attendees have unlimited use of these shuttles. These vehicles are friendly for wheelchair / crutch users.

Is the Arena Parking Transfer Shuttle only for PULP x Tridem Tours ticket holders?

I have my own car, where can I park?

Can I leave my belongings inside the shuttle?

Passengers are strongly discouraged to leave their belongings inside the shuttles. Please bear in mind that PULP x Tridem Tours and all its affiliate entities will not be liable for the loss or damage of any of the passengers' belongings.

PULP x Tridem Tours strictly prohibits leaving of gadgets, meals, passports or other documents, and cash or bank cards. Items like water bottles, jackets, pillows, and other non-valuables may be left inside the shuttle at the passenger's risk.

Please do not bring prohibited event items. If items like a DSLR or laptop are barred from being brought into the event area, the Passenger will not be allowed to leave the item inside the shuttle.

Can we stay inside the shuttle before the event starts?

Yes, passengers will be allowed to stay in the shuttle during the day before the 3pm event start. Each shuttle is allowed five (5) hours of added aircon use at the parking.

Can we turn on the air-conditioning while inside the shuttle?

When can we have the air-conditioning turned on inside the vehicle?

Are private motorcycles and bicycles allowed to enter?

At the Philippine Arena, the parking normally doesn't have markers. How can I find my own shuttle within the large parking area?

Yes, our parking areas will have more specific markers to help Passengers define the specific location of each vehicle.

Are there water refilling stations?

We are providing each passenger with a complimentary bottle of water that can be claimed with the Passenger-Exclusive souvenir kit at any outpost around the arena.

Will there be wheelchairs for PWD or those who are not feeling well?

The event medic team will be prepared to assist those who need these items in case of emergency. But if you are a wheelchair user already, please inform us so we can ensure you have proper storage for it in the shuttle while you are traveling.

What's the route of the Hop On Hop Off Shuttles?

The Hop On Hop Off shuttles will be moving from the Fanzone to the actual event premises. There are 4 stops around the venue grounds (Food Pavilion, NLET, Philippine Sports Stadium, and Parking E).

Do we need to provide proof in order to board the Arena Parking Transfer Shuttles?

No need. The Arena Parking Transfer Shuttles are free for everyone in the venue to use as needed.
