He first gained widespread attention through the survival show Produce Camp 2019. His outstanding performances on the show led him to debut in the project group R1SE. He promoted with R1SE until they disbanded on June 14, 2021. He established a successful solo career, releasing several albums and EPs highlighting his versatility and unique musical style. His dedication and talent have not gone unnoticed; in 2021, he was named the "New Talent Domestic Musician of the Year" at the TMEA.
